We are a small mountain town restaurant located in the San Diego County, Ca. mountains. About 40 minutes
east of downtown San Diego. Nestled in among the oaks is the town of Descanso off of Hwy 79 north from I-8.
The restaurant itself has been there for almost 100 years and is currently open for business. You can read more

Proprietors Tammy and Brett Cooker have done a remarkable job with the place both in appearance and atmosphere. Maintaining the historic landmark's outside appearence and giving the interior the much needed facelift, while keeping it quaint.

 Building on the principles of offering the customer the quality of service that is hard to find nowadays, a well rounded menu to satisfy the entire family's diverse selections, and at prices that are unmatched. Combing that with the high level of quality of both the service and the food Tammy and Brett require from their employees on a daily basis, the result is simple.
